How can I pay my utility bill?

You can pay your City of Dyer utility bill in person or online (sorry, we don't accept payments over the phone).

Pay Utility Bill Online

1. If you plan to pay online regularly, you can register for an account and not have to remember your utility account number every time.
2. If you pay only occasionally, and have access to your utility bill, you can "pay as guest" -- you will need your account number and the name as it appears exactly on your bill.

Fees

There is a 2.5% fee for payment using credit debit cards.

There is a $1.00 fee for paying with ACH / e-check.
