Property Taxes
When are property taxes due?
Property tax notices are generally mailed near the first of October and taxes are due and payable by February 28 of the following year. (So for tax notices mailed in October 2022, taxes are due on February 28 or 2023.
Additional interest is applied after the due date, and then monthly.
